Static Equipment Services

CHEMTED LLC delivers mechanical design engineering services for static equipment using advanced tools like Codeware Compress. We perform ASME Section VIII Div.1 and Div.2 calculations to ensure designs to meet both quality and cost efficiency standards.

For pressure vessels, we offer solutions for receivers, economizers, accumulators, intercoolers, oil separators, scrubbers, and surge drums. In heat exchanger design, our engineering expertise includes shell and tube heat exchangers, evaporators, chillers, condensers, reboilers, feed/bottom exchangers, sub-coolers, desuperheaters and gas-to-liquid and gas-to-gas exchangers.
